Windows 7 Registry Cleaner – My Results Using Windows 7 Home Premium

Cleaning the windows registry can be a pain in the neck without the right software. Back when I worked at Best Buy in 2003, we had to manually clean nearly everything and trust me it was horrible. Now a days, computer repair shops mainly use windows 7 registry cleaner software to clean up your PC and make it fast again. In the above article I talked about which windows registry cleaner was the best, but that was testing with Windows Xp… Does the test still hold true on Windows 7? In the latest edition windows (Windows 7), Microsoft made a lot of dramatic changes not only to the visual overview but the core as well. Do these changes affect the way the registry is cleaned?
For my experiment I used two registry cleaners… Registry Easy and Wise Fixer.
Which Windows 7 Registry Cleaner Works The Best?
The computer I’m currently writing this from runs Windows 7 Home Premium and has been moving fairly slow for the past few weeks. I used the same installation from my Mom’s computer for Registry Easy, and purchased a copy of the windows 7 registry cleaner “Wise Fixer” (Figured I’d just return it if it didn’t work well).
Since I had already seen got results with Registry Easy, I decided to try out Wise Fixer first.
Wise Fixer: The Features
Wise Fixer claims to have a ton of really cool features. They are
- Scan Clear
- System Optimize
- IE Tools
- System Fix
- System Tools
- Backup
Let’s get right into my findings… I started up Wise Fixer and was quite impressed by the interface, very user friendly. I ran the scan, used the system optimizer, system fix, and anything else I thought would help. After Wise Fixer was finished scanning I rebooted my computer and it actually did boot up faster.
The only thing I did notice when using Wise Fixer was that my computer didn’t see as drastic of a change as my Mom’s did only a few weeks before… So I decided to run Registry Easy on MY computer and see what results it would have.
Registry Easy: Did It Work Magic On Windows 7?
I used the same process as when I worked on my Mom’s computer on mine. I went through all the modules and did them one by one, making sure to squeeze as much juice as I could out of the windows 7 registry cleaner software.
After everything had finished, I rebooted and what do ya know? The same EXACT results happened to Windows 7. Not only did it work magic on Windows XP, but it did the same exact thing to Windows 7! After seeing these results, I felt compelled to write a review about this windows 7 registry cleaner, because it worked so good!
Make sure you check out Registry Easy if you have ANY errors on your computer… It’s by far the best!
